Default Ground Bison Burgers (PRON)

Well we have been eating junk at the ball parks and I had some time before a home game Soooo. I made some bison burgers topped with havarti cheese, maters, avocado and some BBQ sauce. It was paired up with some of the wife’s artichoke pasta salad. Kind of nice besides some nachos at the park Aaaa…..
Raw we had 2 lb.
