Baking With WSM
Thought I would give grandma's "cold oven poundcake" a try in the WSM. Supposed to go into a cold oven, turned to 325 and baked for an hour and 15.
Set the "cold" middle section of WSM over the coals and let her run with all vents wide open...managed to get pretty close to 325. Cooked for just about an hour (3 smaller loaf pans instead of 1 large). Here's how it looked.
