Default Today's Cookin

Fired Buddy up for some cookin today. Did some moinks, a couple batches of wings for the guys at work and chops for dinner. Due to the number of cooks, I'm only putting the finished products up(except for the moinks, more of that can be seen in the certification thread here http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...155971&page=10 ) pics will be posted in order of the cook.

first up-the moinks

next the first batch of wings w/just my homemade bbq sauce

after that, the second batch of wings glazed w/Georgia Heat(blend of peach jelly/jam and sriracha sauce)

finally, porkchops for dinner. top one is the wifes dusted w/a generic bbq rub, bottom is mine glazed w/left over Georgia Heat.

my plate with the last of the ambrosia on top
