Default Is this the dreaded liner???

I found a new supplier for 55 gallon drums, but they all have a gold transparent liner in them. Has anyone seen this liner before and is it an epoxy liner that is difficult to remove?

Looks like a rust inhibitor coating. Different than the epoxy liners. That should come off fairly easy.

Not the liner, but I'm not familiar with that. I'd remove it for sure.
