Default Ground "corned beef" burgers

Awhile back, someone mentioned grinding corned beef and making burgers.
Can't remember who--sorry.

I had a couple of Corned Beef Briskets and Mrs Kapn wanted 1/2 for some traditional corned beef and cabbage.
I ground the other 1/2 "coarse" with some Soy Protein Concentrate as a binder.Only made about 4 hefty burgers.
No PICS--just not worth it.

Anyway, I cooked up one of them yesterday on a cast iron skillet and all I can say is "WOW"!!

So UNIQUE it is unbelivable.
I am a "salt-aholic", so I was in heaven.
Strong flavors, for sure.

Anyway--got 3 or 4 more to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TIM
