has anyone ever tried to smoke beef short ribs?.....WOW...give it a shot, it is absolutely unbelievable....definitely will consider doing this for a chefs choice category

Wes and I used these in a contest last year. The only problem we had was that they were a little bit longer than would fit in the turn in box. Fortunately, I had my sawz-all in the car. Earned us first place in the Best Use of a Power Tool category.

:laugh::laugh: that is great....how do i enter that power tool category? i have lots of toys...i may actually do decent in that category...does anyone know if there is ice carving at any of these comps?.....would love to get in an ice carving comp at one of these
