cooked on my WSM at 275 on top rack I seasoned it down by melting butter (2 sticks) adding 3 1/2 TSP of my Rub put it in the fridge till mushy pulled turkey out put in pan slathered seasoned butter on it then dry rub. Put on smoker and basted every 45 min-1hr with the butter drippings from the turkey till it got to about 145 then covered till 165 uncovered basted then little sprinkle of rub! Ill post pics of the butts in a min
