It was a MONSTER!
Well.......maybe not a monster, but it was a biggun!
Weighed in at 1# 3.5ozs Seasoned with Montreal steak, Worcestershire and gr garlic On the Smokey Joe....over lump with a little mesquite. Plated with some Tarragon butter A couple more shots Absolutely delicious! Thanks for looking. KC
