Brined for 3 hrs. Rubbed with Grill Mates Montreal Chicken on the camera left one and Plowboys Yardbird on the right

Smoked with Cherry wood chips soaked in water @ 350*-375* for 1hr. 30-min. to a internal temp. 170*

Grilled the corn @ 400* turning every 5-min. for 15-min.

Served with Salad, Garlic Bread, and Smashed Potatoes. A wonderful tasty meal

Nice work :) If it wasn't 230am here I might fire up my grill again.... lol... thats makin me hungry just lookin at it...
 
great looking food. i really wish we could some corn like that here in the desert. look at how green the husk's are!

chicken, taters, and corn, i could eat that every day! and when i was a kid we did quite a few days.
