Hey everyone I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. Currently living in Silver City New Mexico. Born and raised in Tucson Arizona. Been in the Southwest all my life. Currently live off grid butting up to the Gila National Forest. Love making homemade sausage bratwurst summer sausage beef jerky and Smoked Meats. Currently I am building a 375 gallon reverse flow propane tank smoker. With a warming cabinet. Looking at possibly getting into my own food trailer 2 maybe sell a little brisket and ribs on the weekends. As soon as I can figure out how to post a picture I will be doing such.
