Decided to give the MojoBricks a try. I used the comp blend and a cherry. I wound up adding another after 2 hours.

Not bad at all. The smoke was maybe a little too light. Next time I think I will start with two and then add a third about 2 hours in in the WSM. Definately got more mileage out of the MojoBricks than I have using the wood chunks from Wal-Mart or Home Depot.

I've used apple for the longest time, maybe I will swap to cherry next time. Looking to make it better than it is now!
