4 Butts 14 hours at 225 to 250. No Foil fat side up! Hickory and Apple wood chunks. ( I go HEAVY on the smoke) Blue bag K briqs. Little rest, then pleasure!
2 Heavy rub and 1 heavy rub + popdaddy's coarse salt and pepper drop (time stamp 2:10 of this video explains http://www.youtube.com/user/PopdaddysBBQ#p/search/0/nforaqhIFTs).
The other 2 were light rub + injection.
Buddy picked those up whole. Sorry no pix.
Chugging away. 10 hours in. 4AM. Good Bark forming.

Very hard to pull and not eat. I believe this is a universal problem though. Very loosely covered for 1 hour rest in cold oven to maintain bark.
Time to bag it up and give it away!
