That's a great looking piece, Congrats!

I'm looking at them pretty hard. I should never have read Franklin's new book. I dropped a pile on a great gravity feed unit last year, which I dearly love, don't get me wrong but I read that damn book... Now I want a stick burner too. Ha! Don't you just love addictions?

Enjoy!!!

Looks awesome and congrats on the yoder. I am still eyeing one myself. Doesn't make logical sense for me to buy now, but this is a hobby of mine, I work really hard, and hobbies can be expensive (still working on convincing myself :) )

I also love the biscuit test. Very helpful way to show things. Thank you for that, too!

Congrats on the new smoker..I also was looking at Yoder Cheyenne. Got two questions.
1. Shipping cost to NJ?
2. Lead time?
Thanks DanB

It's around 4-8 weeks. And I can't tell us what shipping cost because this was a surprise gift from my dad. A way over the top enormously generous surprise.

Find a local dealer. They do exist. I found one in the bay area not listed on the yoder site.

Yoder are pretty cool to deal with, I got a floor model which had some scratches and scrapes so I emailed Yoder direct and asked what paint do they recommend to use and they just sent me a can of high temp paint for free.
