possibly used for WSM extension

This would be kinda cool if the WSM had ability for a section extension.

It looks like it may be possible to set a third grate on the bolts of that rotis extension.

I have the 8" EZ-Que Rotisserie for the 22.5" kettle and is a very nice piece of equipment, all stainless steel and it breaks down for easy clean up, quiet motor and it looks great too! From what I understand from the VB site is that people are more interested in the ring for the WSM and not so much the rotisserie, which would fit the 18.5" kettle. Unless EZ-Que is making a ring just for the WSM, you'll probably have to cover the cut outs for the spit rod. JMO

I did notice those, and will have to make something for that. Does the lid fit pretty tight in the ez q lip?

The Lid fits like it was made for it, I use it on the Performer with the lid closed and keeps a pretty steady temp. At the bottom of the ring are a couple punched out tabs so it rests firmly on the kettle.

Seems to me you could easily make an extension ring for a WSM. Let's see; 22.5" diameter times Pi.
