Question Simply Marvelous Cherry.....

Anyone use it on brisket? Going to throw on a small brisket tomorrow for the FIL and thought I'd try it.

Thanks!

Not on brisket, but, I did try it on some chunks of chuck, it tastes good with beef.

Thanks guys - I thought I might have left it a little confusing. I think I am going to try the rub and will use cherry wood - my cousin just brought over 1 milk crates full for me.... all cut down to size.

I use SM Cherry rub on everything, it adds such a nice flavor to pork, beef, chicken, popcorn, eggs, burgers, french fries, Skidders taters, you name it. We just had TURKEY burgers on the Egg and i used it on them.....wonderful flavor.

I have used it on my last porknecks and that came out good...
Just taste the rub and add what you think is needed for the brisket.

BTW...I think the cherry rub is best for pork especially ribs.
