Of course. I prefer anything other than cream cheese too. I like a good pepper jack or a good sharp cheddar. You can buy those cheese cubes. They are perfect for stuffing. Bleu cheese is killer too if you guys like it!

Sharp Cheese. Almost any type of melting cheese would be good. There is 4 cheese Mexican cheese that my local fresh and easy and trader joes sell that is really good.

Making ABT's tomorrow for thanks giving and using a combination of cream cheese and muenster, muenster because I have it and didn't want to add anything else to the already full fridg.

Muenster is a fav of mine too. Great melting cheese and has a nice salty bite to it.

I think a blend of cheeses works great because it adds another depth of flavor! Kraft or Sargento are good brands that are premixed so it makes it real easy. Just get the shredded stuff.

Cheddar is good...look for the kid's sticks of cheddar...it's not a great cheddar but it fits nicely. Only reason I don't like using cheddar is that it get's greasy when it melts.

I want to try asiago too...it melts great and if you can get a crust on it even better.
