Greetings all. Been lurking here for a while and a big thanks to everyone for all the tips and techniques as well as directions for a UDS. Still learning temp control but about there. Recently became a KCBS certified judge and will be judging my first contest soon. Basically wanna taste whats out there so I can fine tune my goods. Any way, thanks again and keep up the great pix....
