I would definitely eat those. the sauce in the last pic looks good, is it your own recipe?
 
Those are some fine looking ribs! Great work on your first UDS cook! You're gonna love it.
 
Thanks everyone!!!.... Ok,..... for the details. I cooked them using the 3-2-1 method at 225. but pulled them out of foil after 1 1/2hr. In the pic you can see 3 racks of ribs. the top one I used a Kansas city rub and a store bought sauce. The two other racks (where the candy coated rib pic that I took came from) I used Malcom Reed"s rub and sauce. He has the whole appearance thing figured out. His rub is good, and his sauce is sweet and lays out like a glaze. I personally would have like to have a little more spice to the sauce. But over all they where the..... BEST RIBS I'VE EVER DONE!!!
