Default Chicken for kids, Swordfish for adults

Sunday was my lovely wife's 59 birthday



Chicken legs on raised grid at 350* fie 40-min.

Swordfish marinaded in lemon juice for 20-min. with Louisiana Cajun Blackened Seasoning.

On the Egg at 400* foe 4-min. a side

Served with market-basket rice, and salad

Grandkids Joe, Myranda, and Lauryn



Jackie in front of window daughter Kim to her right husband Brian jackie's daughter Laura and her girlfriend Angelica.

The cake, A good time was had by all.
