you really want to cook these to temp (165-170) not time. That being said, I do them in my mini at 325 and they usually take about 1.5 hours. hope that helps

Season just as you would chicken. Indirect heat temp around 325 to 350 until internal temp is 165-170, let rest for 15 mins or so loosely covered.
