Two fine dishes! Like the way you did the potatoes around the fish, and that meat is to perfection!
 
Wow Phu & Padawan! That's an incredible meal! :clap: After seeing a couple of picanha posts now, I need to figure out how to get some of that!

R2, you can get it from Jetro/Restaurant Depot if you know someone. I was talking with Matt today while picking up my smoked dinobones, he says there are still some cases. Maybe you valley guys should get him to pick up a case for you.

Yep...this was some tender juicy stuPh!
Gonna score this piece more often!

APhter getting rid of some Phat and silverskin on the bottom of the picanha I washed it,rubbed it with rough seasalt.
I put it in a zippa locka bagga and let it rest for 1,5 hours in the Phridge.
Washed it again to get most of the salt off and rubbed it lightly with some olive oil and steak rub.

Smoked the picanha for about a hour and seared it Phat side down for one minute.
