Hi People

I am new to the forum ...love BBQ and use a Large Grill Dome as well as a Texas style BBQ side heat...looking forward to the Brethern input to help with BBQ ideas and to share my experience...

Hi Prairie Smoke

It is a commercial unit ...had some good results on it ...but the Grill Dome in much more efficient and I am not able to use it during our winters...just can't keep the heat consistent...
