Default Warning! Green stuff inside!

I know this is going to be hard for most of you to believe (and even harder for the Texans to understand) but sometimes, I actually eat vegetables. I'm not crazy about them but I find ways to get them in. This morning is was Jasmine rice with sauteed kale, spinach, onion, bell pepper, garlic and my favorite seasoning salt.

Hope this doesn't get me banned.

You're stuffing that in a fatty, right?

I had a kale smoothie for breakfast - to make room for APL short ribs for lunch today.

Looks really good actually...
I pulled my wife away from the kale in the supermarket on Sunday, she wanted to make kale chips... I politely asked who else was going to eat them (sold only in a very large bunch)?
Looks like I will be picking up some kale, and as previously stated a ribeye.

Thanks for the awakening.

Dang...was expecting that other green stuPh!
If it had some salted pork in there it could easily be a Surinam/Creole dish.
Nice pic!
