Super Bowl is a big deal at my house and is a weekend long event.

Starts with a vacation day on Friday to shop, prep the cook area, fry a bunch of tortilla chips, make bbq sauce, glazes, marinades, finishing sauces, chop vegetables etc. Saturday menu is St. Louis spares, Czech sausage and smoked boudain. Lots of beer, wine and whiskey too.

Sunday will be 2 6lb chuckies, 1 pork butt, smoked chicken wings with white sauce, traditional buffalo wings, chips & queso, chips & guacamole and cornbread stuffed jalepenos. I believe that is everything.

vacation day on Monday to clean & recover.

Easy 3 step smoked wings
1. Hit them with a little veg oil amd rub then toss them in the smoker for 1.5 to two hours.
2. Take them out and toss them in a fryer for 1-2 minutes
3. Toss them in sauce and grill for a few minutes. (I use franks, a little butter, a good dose of honey and a little garlic powder melted together on a stove)

Smoke-flash fry-grill. You're friends will love you
