All you gotta do with that stuff is pour a bunch of sauce on it to hide the taste of all that other chit.

It was a pretty decent article... until the part about boiling the chit out of the tenderloin in the "flavorful" broth! They made pork salad... not pulled pork.

Boiling a tenderloin in flavorfol broth? When I do tenderloins, I admit that I buy the pre-packaged, pre marinated Hormel tenderloins as the teriyaki is..well..amazing, lol. I do smoke them for about 2 hours so they still come out pretty good, but...I can't honestly imagine boiling one.

Sounds like an interesting way to eat pork, though. I do know that chicken jives pretty well with salad.

I think I will try this at least one time.
I will not condemn it based on what I "think" the results would be.

Cheap enough to test.

And, they did not call it BBQ

I just read over the whole thing looking for the "BBQ" term, and they indeed did not use it! That being said, I can boil a cheaper cut of pork long enough so it is not fatty, mix it up in some mayo and have the same pork salad they have. Minus all the fluff.
