Angry I'll be cooking Chirstmas dinner at home on the range

How does chicken fried (tenderloin) steak, smashed potatoes, veggies, biscuits, a nice salad and lemon meringue pie sound for Christmas dinner? Please, no Paula Dean jokes from the peanut gallery....

Looks like I'll be cooking at home on the range.... Click HERE to see how Mother Nature came down on me today.

Dang those are some good winds! I have to move my smokers and grills to compensate for wind all the time but, those winds are nuts. I would cook inside too. Menu sounds great.

I'm right there with ya bro... Freakin' weather here is nuts...has been for over a week now. Finally got a little break today and now I'm getting hammered with snow falling from the trees! Needless to say...I'll be doing my rib roast in the oven. I think we should start another thread for all of us cooking inside due to the wrath of Mother Nature!

Unless we get some fresh snow, there won't be any shoveling. All the old snow is either melted or in Nebraska by now.
