Default Beef & Chicken Kabobs (pRon)

Monday night.
Round steak, trimmed and cut into pieces.
Boneless, skinless chicken breast, trimmed and cut into pieces.
Chicken and beef marinated for 30 minutes in a vacuum seal bag with a marinade we got as a competition "gift" this past weekend.
Skewered with other "stuff".
Seasoned with fresh cracked pepper and salt.
Indirect grilled on the BGE (at about 400d with the platesetter) with OAK until the meat was at 150 IT (mainly worried about the chicken).
Turned out real tender and flavorful!

No plated pics really since that's all we had. Kabobs come WITH the sides!

Thanks for lookin!

Those look great. Do you think marinade helped enhance the flavor?

Most definitely did. Other than a dusting of S&P, that's all the meat got and it was very flavorful. I think the chicken took on a bit more than the beef, but both were definitely enhanced.
