I volunteered to smoke 80 legs today for our neighborhood end of the summer party. It was my first time smoking for a large group of people. We invited the on duty firefighters and police officers to show our appreciation for their service to our community. We also took all the leftovers which included hamburgers and hotdogs to the station for the guys and gals that didn't get to come to the party. It was a great time.
Sounds like a great neighborhood event and kudos to you for thinking about the firemen and police!
