That looks like some good eatin'! Haven't made lamb in a while, may be time. How's that McCormick's marinade? Think it did anything?

Nice work!

Love the lamb. It is good to get a bit of a sear on the outside, but you made the right decision there. You definitely hit the IT target right in the guts for that kind of cook too.

I'd be lining up for a plate of that!

OUTSTANDING!!!! I love lamb and you smoked yours to perfection, medium rare, and the potatoes and asparagus were excellent choices. Screams for a great red wine, which I see in the background! Great job!!!!

I really like this marinade for pork and beef. I don't think I gave it enough dwell time with the lamb - only about an hour, and the roast didn't pick up too much of it on the finish. I'll soak longer next time. I think lamb should be rich enough to survive a 6 to 8 hours soak with this marinade without turning into ceviche.
