Default Employee Cookout at my wifes job With Pics!

Cooked some Chicken legs for my wife's job.. They turned out well! had some awesome color on them! Many said they were the best chicken they have ever eaten! I had fun doing the cook!

Chicken Legs 50 pounds worth

washed and seasoned night before

Threw them on at 250 for 2 and a half hours and then cranked smoker up to 325 to finish. Skin was good was happy with the results

Hard to beat chicken legs, kinda like a mug they come with a built in handle. Excellent color, making me want to do some legs.
