Made some tasty snacks for the hydro races today.
Smoked sweet oysters - O Candy

Start with 1/2 gallon extra small oysters
Attachment 81958
Mkae a sweet, salty, garlic, slightly spicy brine
Attachment 81959
Bring to boil. turn off and add oysters
Attachment 81960
Let stand about an hour and drain
Attachment 81961
Add to oiled screen and let dry
Attachment 81962
Add a bit of brown sugar
Attachment 81964
Load in the smoker
Attachment 81963
Smoke at low heat until cooked and smoky
Attachment 81965

And you have O Candy!

I actually bought the oysters at Costco. They just got a fresh batch
