I cooked 3 pizzas this weekend, on my Down East Beast. I ran the cooker up to 550° and cooked them for about 15 min.

What do you think?

These pizzas look great! You know if someone want to do some food vending for extra cash, 15 mins is not that long, you could rotate the pizza right out to the public. Thanks for sharing!
 
How did you get it to run at 550? I see there is no water pan in there.

Any issues or precautions when running it that hot?

I just ordered a battle box and hoping to do the same thing one day :)
