Default UDS - 4th of July - Turkey -Pron

First off I would like to say Thank You to all the Men & Women in the Armed Forces that have served this great Country to keep us free.

I am proud to be an American.

Well, the fam just got back from Pensacola Beach for a much needed vacation. We had great weather and got to see the Blue Angels practice.

When I got home I was itching for some Q but having sold my last BWS Party model that I cooked on I had to bring the UDS back out.
Have not cooked on it in a while and also a bit tired wanting some rest I hooked up the BBQ Guru Digi II and she just hummed along for 2 hours at 265 degrees with the clay pot diffuser ( Thanks JD ) and then removed the diffuser and finished off at 325 degrees.

Verdict : Fantastic ! Very Very moist.
