Hi,
Im livens and I love grilling/cooking outdoors! Im "only" 34 yrs old so I dont have much experience behind me, and I have never actually bbq'd before.
Ive been trolling the internet all winter looking for a bbq project. At first I had my heart set on a big double barrel smoker... but those things are HUGE and I dont think Ill ever need that much cooking surface. Then I found a article about a UDS and watched some videos, and found this place
Since the UDS is smaller, and infinitely easier to build Im decided.
I have read maybe 2% of that 170+ page post concerning the UDS... I should have a good idea of where to start soon.
