Default Cookshack butts

I put two pork butts combined weight of 14lbs and a ring of Jrs. Texas jalapino sausage in the Cookshack yesterday. I injected the butts with Chris Lilly's injection recipe and rubbed em down with Big Bob Gibson Rub. Some apple wood for smoke and I really enjoyed the results!!
