Tri-tip Tonight
Coooking up some tri-tip tonight. Son has some of his football teammates over. Using Paymaster's rub. Waiting for the white smoke to go away.

Looks great. Only time I have grilled tritip s in Napa. Gong to try it here on the smoker.
