Howdy from L.A. (lower Arkansas)
Greetings to all,
I am a new owner of an XL BGE. My wife of 25 yrs decided it would be a great anniversary gift. Boy, was she right. We have spent many friday nights chatting and dining with another couple. The girls drinking fine wine and talking about our college age kids--the guys hovering over a BGE, drinking the weekend's choice of brew, and covering topics from sports to politics and from scuba diving to solar systems. Here hoping to learn from the experiences of others and to share some of my own as I embark on the journey of cooking on a Kamado style behemoth. |
