Default Tomahawk Pron

So this happened.

Tomahawk steak forward seared over B&B lump with apple wood chunks. Seared and flip a few times, then moved to the cool zone for bringing up to temp.

Carne Crosta was used as a rub.

Flavor came out good, but oddly enough my wife found this at Trader Joe's. Usually their beef isn't the best, and this lived up to the reputation. But it was cheap and fun to cook. So a win! Plus I got some nice pics!!
