Two Ribeyes and a Top Sirloin on the grill.
Just turned them over; they'll be ready in a bit...Potato is off to the right
but; just out of view.
Steaks are resting.....time for the SHRIMP.
Just turned the Shrimp....a few more seconds to go.
Here they are....nice and hot.
On the plate...Steak & Shrimp, grilled potato, and some Lettuce & Tomato.
It's hard to see it....but; it's Medium...nice and juicy!
The leftover juice from the steaks. Why? Because I save it all year
long and put it in a container in the freezer; and for Christmas I use it
to make a nice sauce for the prime rib dinner.
Finally it's time for dessert...a Strawberry Float!
