At times I am required to take requests from the bride. Salmon Patties- I can eat salmon if I cook it
Salmon (forked)
1 egg (also forked)
Worcestershire (multiple dashes)
Hot Sauce (multiple dashes)
Cavenders No Salt (multiple shakes)
Handful of shredded Tillamook (+-)
Handful of Panko
Make Balls
Sprinkle with Old Bay
Cook balls 3-4 minutes then smash
Flip & cook
Serve
Lemon-Hot sauce
On a bed of home made Mac(I like Blue Box but this isn’t about me)
She’s Happy therefore a success

Actually there was a decent guessing tablespoon + of yellow mustard in the mix.
Bad thing about not following a recipe. Culinary memory.
