Default Quick Dinner...Beef Tenderloin Tips(pron)

Ok, so the tie in here with BBQ may be a stretch, but I had some frozen leftover trim/scraps/chain from a full Beef Tenderloin I roasted on the BGE for NYE.

So here's what I did with it. First roasted some garlic in the oven with fresh thyme. Then used that in the below recipe along with a good port, for the pan sauce. It was so easy and so good... Could cut the tips with a fork!
