Battle of The BBQ Brethren - Ribs for Kids 8/6-8/7
Hosted by the Suffolk County Police Department P.A.L.
Sanctioning packet went out today. NYS Championship and part of the Empires State BBQ Championship Saturday - Peoples Choice Rib cookoff. All proceeds go to the Police Athletic Leagues childrent with Special needs. Ribs will be supplied by our host the Suffolk County PAL. Sunday - KCBS BBQ contest More info to Follow.

I just left a meeting with Rich Gorgone, our host and organizer. Plans are not only for the rib cookoff, but to allow team vending(for a small fee), and participation Of The Long Island Custom car show. Richie will be signing on shortly as he gets the ball rolling.
