Was planning on cooking it during the day, but the Bears game got moved to Prime Time. And it gets dark before 5pm! :mad2:

Gave it a good coat of 407BBQ Rub.

Onto the Big Joe for some smoke then a reverse sear. Had to use the flash.

Let it rest a while...

Time for eats! Meat, taters, beans & greens! Good stuff!
