Hi BBQ people. Just got onto this forum. I have never smoked or cooked low & slow in my life, but I'm reading about it over the winter and getting ready to go hard when summer comes.

This forum is a great resource and I thank everyone for all their advice.

I will be purchasing a smoker in March.
