I also received a package from Chris and figured I'd give the rub a whirl before I posted. My crack team of sous-chefs was very excited to try it out on some beef ribs for this week's Throwdown.

Holy Carp! (All hail the fish deity), that is the funniest picture I've seen all weekend!

The foil hat on the gerbil (? hamster? chinchilla? Mutated sugar glider?) and squirrel are hilarious.

Since I make it by hand, I could definitely do a salt free version. It also does not have any MSG, in case anyone was wondering. It might have some aluminum in it though.:becky:
