Yeah, It's a fatty. We call them Mojoe's because I don't think Fatty is a good word on a menu.

The tamale comes from the CORN chips on the outside as well as the ingredients.

They were smoked in the smoker for three hours, the corn chips don't take on a whole lot of color.

The mashed taters have the skins on and are loaded with bacon and onions.

Whatever it is , it looks good!!! Last fatty I cooked was rolled in Lays potato chip crumbs.....try it sometime!

Yeah, it is. It is seasoned meat wrapped in (cornmeal) masa in a corn husk and steamed. Mine look like this before steaming.



Frito's are basically fried strips of seasoned masa. It sounds like Joe is on to something here.

Looks damn good Joe. Thanks for the idea. I'll improvise of course. Not many whopping big japs so far this year. Colorado's, Poblano's, etc should work too.
