Default Mojarras on the weber

This was Friday nights cook.

An adult beverage for me and my lovely assistant



Started with red onions sliced and marinated in lemon juice and habanero death dust.



Setting up my cast iron disk on the weber.





The fishes went in they cast iron disk



Here we are plated and ready to eat.

OK, fess up. Looks like there's black pepper salt and garlic in there too...

This item was given to me as a gift from my mother inlaw. It's from Mexico. Buy if you google disk it they sell something similar.
