Default Had to settle for Baby Backs...

...so...today my wife Rhana and I had a hankerin' for some fresh salmon...we searched all over Hell and half of Georgia for some (locally)...no luck...sigh. On the way home she asks..."what are we gonna do for dinner"?...I say..."I got some leftover BB's in the freezer..."...she says..."works for me"...so...here we are...

baby backs...sweet potato fries...and green beans...

All very nice. I'm in agreement with the sweet potato fries...MUCH preferred over the regulation kind of fries.
