sure! i used two pounds of jimmy dean traditional sausage, flattened it out and spread one pound of chorizo inside and rolled it all up. coated it nicely on the outside with dizzy pig dizzy dust and plowboy's yardbird rub and then cooked indirect between 225-250 until an internal of 165 and then pulled it off. i used applewood chips over the coals.

Sausage stuffed sausage. What could possibly go wrong?

Looks great, but be careful. If you get the ratios of the sausages wrong, you can hit critical mass and create a thermoporkular explosion!
