I'm in a struggle to get the temps up to grilling level perhaps I need to add a gas assist. :confused:

More air flow may be the key so it's back to Dr Sweetsmokes laboratory for a few mods I think.:thumb:

What sort of temps are you getting?

That does look amazing though

Was able to keep it steady in the 75-80 range for cold smoking and got her up to 300 this evening but that was a struggle.
I think if I open the entrance from the fire box to the chamber a bit more it may help. Another thought was more intake at the door or closer to the front of the box.
 
Picked up a few bits today so I can add another intake to the back of the firebox. I'm seriously considering a gas assist.

Any advice on adding gas?
 
I don't know about gas, but that lamb looks killer!
